Terms of Use

By using codcheats.net or purchasing Call of Duty cheats access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or product.

Unofficial site

Call of Duty, Warzone, and related titles are published by Activision. This site is unofficial and not endorsed by Activision, Infinity Ward, Treyarch, or related studios. Using cheats can violate Activision terms of service and may lead to account penalties, hardware bans, or other enforcement under RICOCHET.

Product scope

Features, pricing ($35 monthly / $150 lifetime), and requirements on the Call of Duty cheats page control what is delivered. Blog posts are educational and must not invent modules missing from the feature list. Cloud DMA on AWS is required for full functionality as stated on the product page.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, attempt to bypass payment, scrape aggressively in a way that harms service availability, abuse support channels, or redistribute licensed loader access. Do not send malware, phishing content, or illegal material to support.

Accounts and access

Access is personal unless we expressly allow sharing in writing. Lending, reselling, or publicly leaking access credentials can result in termination without refund where permitted by law.

Updates and availability

Activision patches can interrupt third-party tools. We target a typical 2–4 hour update window after client patches, but uptime and detection outcomes are not guaranteed. Temporary downtime during maintenance can happen.

Liability

Software and guides are provided as described. Game bans, hardware bans, Windows misconfiguration, lost rank, and lost cosmetics sit with the user. To the maximum extent allowed by law, codcheats.net is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Refunds

Refund rules are on the refunds page and form part of these terms for purchases.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@codcheats.net.
